Welcome to CLOUDSEA HOMESTAY Parunthumpara (“the Property”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking, stay, and use of our facilities. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Booking & Payment

  • Reservation Confirmation:
    All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash. Payment details must be accurate and are processed securely.
  • Additional Charges:
    The total booking amount may include applicable taxes, service fees, and any additional charges (e.g., extra guest fees) as specified during the booking process.

2. Cancellation, Refund, and No-Show Policy

  • Free Cancellation:
    • For standard rate bookings, cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
    • Flexible rate bookings may allow free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (please confirm at the time of booking).
  • Partial Refund:
    • Cancellations made after the free cancellation period (i.e., less than 72 hours before check-in for standard bookings) may be eligible for a partial refund (typically 50% of the booking amount).
    • The refund amount will be determined based on how close the cancellation is to the check-in date.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    • Some discounted or special rate bookings are marked as non-refundable. In such cases, cancellation will result in no refund.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • Failure to check in without prior notification (no-show) will result in a charge for the full booking amount.
  • Peak Seasons & Special Events:
    • During peak periods, festivals, or special events, stricter cancellation terms may apply. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In:
    Standard check-in time is 12.00pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us of your expected arrival time.
  • Check-Out:
    Standard check-out time is 12.00pm. Late check-out requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may attract extra fees.
  • Early/Late Arrivals:
    If you anticipate arriving outside of the standard check-in period, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

4. Property Use & House Rules

  • Exclusive Reservation:
    The property is reserved exclusively for the confirmed group. Unauthorized additional guests may incur extra charges or lead to termination of the stay without refund.
  • Occupancy:
    Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limits specified in your booking confirmation.
  • General Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and quiet environment.
    • Parties or events are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Property.
  • Property Care:
    Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Charges for repair or replacement may be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
  • Safety & Local Laws:
    Guests must comply with all safety instructions and local laws. The Property is not responsible for any injuries or accidents arising from non-compliance with house rules.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Personal Belongings:
    The Property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend that guests secure their valuables.
  • Damages:
    Any damage caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment during your stay will be charged to the guest.
  • Indemnity:
    Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLOUDSEA HOMESTAY Parunthumpara from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay or use of the property.

6. Force Majeure

  • The Property shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events). In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected guests and, where possible, offer alternative arrangements or refunds in accordance with our cancellation policy.
