     Cancel at least 72 hours before check-in to receive a full refund of the booking amount.

2. Partial Refunds
   • If you cancel after the free cancellation window (i.e., less than 72 hours before check-in for standard rate bookings), you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

   • In such cases, if you cancel, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.
